– Are you looking for ways you can perform Professional Service as a Doctoral Student?

Well, we’ve got just the opportunity for you. We are forming the 2007-08 OCIS Student Website Committee. The purpose of the committee is to manage, grow, and sustain the OCIS Student Website. In addition to reading and contributing to the OCIS website, committee members will be asked to participate in a monthly webchat. Other duties will be dependent on interest, availability and ability.

Membership is open to all doctoral students who are currently members or who are interested in future membership in the OCIS division of AOM.

We particularly seek committee members doctoral students from all countries and all disciplines. We’d really like to have a diverse committee with committee members from every continent and committee members representing multiple disciplines–not only Information Systems students at Business Schools, but also Communications, Information Studies, and all other Organizational Communications and IS scholars.
