Blogging is fun- If only I knew what is it about!

I started writing yesterday some of the ideas that I had in my head. I am not sure if that is what blogs are supposed to do. I am assuming if you are reading it then you are more of an expert than am I.

So if you feel you have 30 seconds (if you take longer that would only be because you liked the content on the blog, and I don’t take any responsibility for this additional time), please do give feedback/suggestions/comments. I am available at and the blog is at

  1. Pankaj — Thanks for posting the link to your blog.

    1) About the blog… if you are interested in doing more blogging, one question you might think about is who your intended audience is… (if any!). Some people just blog for self-expression with no concern as to who might read. Others have a specific audience in mind. Clarifying what audience you are writing for may help you think about how/what you want to write. If it is just for yourself that can be also be useful/liberating, too.

    2. About the blog content… is your interest in organizations (the noun) or organizing (the verb)? Your blog name is a verb, yet your example of Google is a noun.

I don’t know of anything all that unpredictable about Google as a verb (how Google organizes its staff) or as a noun (Google the organization) even if many of their products are innovative.

I confess that I’m a bit biased as someone that studies knowledge management in online groups… but the more common example of innovation in organizing is Wikipedia. It is an unprecedented example of mass collaboration. eBay and Craigslist are two others. Those all represent new forms of organizing that have never existed before.

  2. Dear Steven

Thanks for your comments. I thought some more and posted the reply at my blog!

  3. Hello, I can’t understand how to add your blog ( ) in my rss reader
    sponsored link:

  4. On the right hand side under the admin box (where you log in to the site), there is a “Entries in Rss” link that should help you add the rss feed.
